What do current residents say about the employees of Sarah Harding?In my estimation the employees are 100% the best -- always kind, cheerful, and helpful. You make Sarah Harding a wonderful place for all of us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the caring employees for being of help to all when needed. You will always find a nice smile and a friendly "hello", but best of all the employees take the time to give help when needed. We love them all. Hats off to the staff and a Gold Star to every employee at Sarah Harding. Their patience, love, caring, consideration and kindness is unending. Their patience in caring for each resident's whims, quirks and demands is a model in caring beyond the limits of most people. We have a wonderful group of employees here at Sarah Harding. All are friendly and courteous, so willing to help at all times. Their cheerful remarks at breakfast time get all of us into a happy morning start. The cooks in the kitchen are wonderful. I appreciate their efforts when I entertain my Bridge Club. A delicious dessert is made and delivered to my room. Thanks to staff for planting flowers that we enjoy seeing from our windows. I am very grateful for the assistance and attention from all the employees. It is comforting to know that when one has a real problem, there is always someone willing and available to be of help. Some of us older folks can be difficult and somewhat demanding, but we are always treated with kindness and consideration. All of the employees are friendly to everyone. Recently I needed someone to fix the closet door. It was done quickly and correctly. I didn't have any idea when I moved here that it would run so smooth. The help is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything you do for me. Where could I find a restaurant that would have a cream pitcher at my place before I'm seated, or have a delicious meal delivered to me in my apartment by a kind aide when I'm not feeling well? Thank you dietary staff and floor aides. Where would I find a home where a housekeeping staff member would see to it that at least once a month I have help in keeping my place clean, and occasionally lend an extra helping hand with kindness and willingness? Thank you. Where would I live that I could have a spunky maintenance man change a light bulb almost on request or do whatever other odd job could be done without argument? Thank you. Where is there an activity person who hears so many sad tales and complaints yet keeps her cool and makes everybody feel heard and included? Thank you. Where is there a CEO who would take the time to sit in on an exercise class to keep it going? Thank you. THEY'RE ALL AT SARAH HARDING!
