Room rates range from $1530 to $1890 per month.  The rates include the following services:

  1.     All meals served in Dining Room
  2.     Housekeeping and laundry
  3.     Weekly change of towels and bed linens
  4.     Full activity program
  5.     Van service
  6.     All utilities
  7.     Telephone in room (Services are billed directly to occupant from QWest communications.)
  8.     Cable T.V.

Fees are based on square feet of living space.  Room sizes range from 180 square feet to 440 square feet.
