Apartment Rates range from $1275 to $1345.  Those rates include the following services:

  1.     Full activity program
  2.     Van service
  3.     Utilities
  4.     Telephone in room (Services are billed directly to occupant from QWest communications.)
  5.     Cable T.V.
  6.     Additional charges for meals
  7.     Additional charges for housekeeping and laundry services

Fees are based on square feet of living space.  Room sizes range from 407 square feet to 255 square feet.
