Sarah Harding is a retirement center.  We are NOT a nursing home.  We have no medical personnel on staff.  We are not licensed to provide nursing care or dispense medications.

 

Qualifications of residents

1.    65 years of age or older

2.    Independent management of medications

3.    Must be ambulatory

4.    Must be of good character

5.    Must be self sufficient

      

A $1500 entrance fee (nonrefundable after 30 days) is due with the first month's rent.
